On a recent Saturday in downtown Cincinnati, my sister and I rushed across a street into a doorway, and not just to escape the biting winter wind. A wisp of pink neon script above the narrow frame hinted coyly at the location of Abigail Street, a Mediterranean wine bar and tapas restaurant in the Over the Rhine district. Intrigued, we picked up the pace.
